"Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. "

"This place is in a decent location, especially for the price. Just a 7 minute drive to downtown. The free breakfast was nice, especially since I was there with my wife and three kids. It saved us a bundle over having to go eat breakfast at a restaurant. I don't blame the hotel, but we were awoken at 4 AM by some loud and annoying people in the room next to us. Within a half hour they finally quieted down. I'd stay here again if I ever go back to St. Louis."

The Bistro hours are lame. The meatballs did not look anything like the picture and was way over priced $15 for 5 They were frozen meatballs I could get 30 of them at Walmart for $3. Food came in huge take out containers even though we were eating there. The service was slow! Maybe I would stay again but would not go to the...

"Not for staff but owners, maybe repaint, replace carpet. Our stay was more of a stop sleep and go. The price was ok. But fixing a little bit the property would be worth it. "

"After a long day on the road, my wife and I were looking forward to a swim in the pool, but the water was freezing. I stuck my foot in and there was no way I was getting in that cold water."

"The property is pretty tired. Definitely showing it's age. One positive is it's a short walk to the Arch, but that's about it. One of the three lifts is out of order indefinitely. The carpark is filthy and not sure why there's a charge to park there. The breakfast ends at 9 am and to be honest, it's not worth the effort. Oh, ome other positive was the nice large shower. But that's it. Wouldn't stay again. Although I don't know what the competitors accom aptions are like."

"Safe parking. Room was clean and comfortable but small. My only gripe would be that you can't access even the "casual" restaurant unless you wear a polo shirt so we couldn't get breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay here and the staff are friendly and professional. They offer a shuttle to and from the ballpark."
