"I would not recommend this property. The pool (which was the main reason I booked this hotel) was out of order. The elevators were all out of order too, so I had to carry my bag to the third floor. It is advertised as a “non-smoking” facility, but my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Given this poor experience, I asked Expedia to reach out to the property on my behalf regarding a refund. "Very clean and pleasant; close to the Cahokia Mounds Historic Site and St. Louis isn't too far, either... and get this: at 5:30 in the evening they have a Happy Hour, which they call Kickback, with free food and drinks. Read that sentence again! After a long drive (over 400 miles for us), it was nice to relax and not even have to go out for dinner. Breakfast was also gratis, and very good, as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you, Drury Inn and Suites!"

"Very nice hotel. Room was clean looked like newer carpet. Everything looked like it was recently upgraded. Nice restaurant in the hotel, Starbucks in the hotel, gift shop. When you arrive it was a cluster trying to get parking. You really have no choice but to use the valet parking as there is no on site parking. I think there is a garage but it's across the street. Also not all elevators were working. Only 2 of 4 elevators going to our floor worked which was an issue as most guests were...

"Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service. All employees were extraordinarily kind, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good. This was also a wonderful, quiet location. Highly recommend!"
