"Great location in Capitol Hill as an alternative to pricey hotels. Well maintained and well appointed, super comfy bed and all the amenities I needed for my three night stay. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a more economical way to visit Seattle."

"New hotel. Nice and meets AC Hotel expectations. But some odd stuff like paper still not fully removed from construction on the new windows and cleaning staff not always cleaning as requested. Staff was friendly and helpful! "

"The staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the air conditioning unit and the ability to open the windows at night to get fresh air. The bathroom was spotless! "

"The location was fantastic! The only thing I would say is the front door is quite noisy and at night it can wake you up. The other guests were very respectful but it couldn't be avoided. I would stay again but not at the front of the building on the first floor. Thank you!"

"Perfect location just outside of the city, but in a Great Seattle neighborhood! Great place for people who are out and about in the day. Walls are thin just fyi, but I would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was fantastic as well! "

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well.
