"Arctic Club exceeded every expectation. Wonderfully restored historic building walking distance to the waterfront and colorful Pioneer Square. Rooms (and bathrooms!) spacious, comfortable and well-apportioned. Polar Bar, the classy lobby lounge, way welcoming, fun and interesting, with incentive craft cocktails. The included breakfast buffet was varied, plenty and quality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Truly a gem."

"Arrived from cruise very early and we were happily offered a jr. suite for an incredibly reasonable offer so that we could check in immediately and get settled. The hotel is beautiful, room beyond our expectations...we couldn't stop talking about the TV nook which way amazing! Staff was welcoming and helpful, bar served wonderful cocktails. Location couldn't have been more perfect for a great walking day around the harbor and all city sites."

"I like the property, very good location. A lot of shops are walking distance. I was disappointed in when checking in. I was charged twice attendant did not check Expedia. My room did not have a tub. Need one after walking all day. Overall, the people were great and room was clean."

"The hotel was not bad overall. It was a bit challenging navigating the hotel lobby and construction aspect as well as when the elevator to the parking garage was temporarily down. The mattress was a bit firm. My husband and I had our very first bidet experience which was interesting to say the least. Location wise is in a good spot downtown. I wish the bed was a bit more comfortable than it was."

"We had a broken toilet in our room and had to go downstairs to use the restroom. The front desk was notified two days in a row. Finally on the 3rd day of complaining we were moved to a different room. No efforts made to comp us for anything. A couple of the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was crowded and they ran out of items so I’d go early. It’s a 25 minute walk downtown so if you don’t want to pay for parking everywhere you go keep that in mind. I’d pay a...
