"Close house that allowed me and my 2 brothers to enjoy the first evening of first four of NCAA basketball tournament. Park at house, walk to arena, and full kitchen and bath to enjoy the stay. "

"Great stay very close to KI. Large rooms for kids and adults to game or watch movies. Ball diamond right across the street to practice in downtime. Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!"

"We were visiting our daughter & husband, and this accommodation was very convenient to them. The amenities were all first class: comfortable queen bed; thick plush towels; generous amount & quality of paper products; and more. Much nicer than some hotels we've stayed in. "Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one"

"I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!"

"There were 10 of us. The rooms were spacious and everyone could spread out in the house. We loved it! Peaceful and quiet area. "

"A great location for our family reunion in the Lebanon area, and we would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room in the house. Good places to eat nearby in Mason, including Two Cities Pizza and Culver's (a family favorite). Management was responsive to our requests, though balls for the foosball table were not going to arrive until after our departure. "We visited the Green Plains Cabin for a four-day weekend in mid-June. The cabin was adorable, with a storybook old-world Swedish theme. The main level had a comfy sitting area, a small kitchen, and a half-bath. The bedroom upstairs seemed to have a queen-size bed (we didn't stay up there), and the basement had a king-sized bed and a full bath. Our host, Sarah, was lovely to work with and responded to our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend a visit."

"We were in town for a graduation. Great property for gathering with old friends and family. Convenient and very comfortable. Spotless and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the front porch, fire pit, card table, large dining table and very comfortable family room recliners. The off street parking was a bonus! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again! "
