"Bar staff was amazing. Pools and hot tub were great. Beach and property was beautiful, clean, and private. Rooms were perfect, view was amazing. Great for our family! Can’t wait to go back. More options in the small shop and restaurant would be nice; hotel is a distance from nearest stores."

"This hotel was awful. If not for having my kids, I probably would’ve slept in my car. My 8 year old was crying about having to stay there and wanted to leave. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wilmington West - Medical Park by IHG
"Rooms were clean but they never took out the trash or gave clean towels during our entire stay. Staff not mean but also not friendly. Breakfast was ok but a lot of food not available or machines not working. Pool was disgusting…didn’t end up using which was the reason we chose a hotel with a pool ..."
