"This was our 3rd stay in this lovely home. The location could not be nicer. It is so quiet & peaceful. We enjoyed watching the Amish farmer next door plant tobacco and the ongoing horse & buggy traffic. The house is one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. John & Deb have thought of everything to make it feel just like home, right down to the fresh baked cookies waiting on the kitchen table. There is not a thing I would change about this house. "This cabin is quiet and clean. It was pretty close to attractions near by. We enjoyed the fire pit , pool table , and hot tub! Very spacious! Thanks for having us."

"Had a wonderful time staying at the cozy shoehouse as we took a couple days to reunite with family after moving out of state. Spent 23 years in York visiting the shoe from time to time. It was very nostalgic inside and outside of the shoe. Unlike practically all shoes, this one did not stink."

"The farm apartment was the perfect place to stay with our kids. Plenty of space for them to run around, swings, and animals in view. Centrally located for tourist activities, you could hear buggys driving past with the windows open. We had a blast meeting the cows and donkeys. The kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful gardens. "

"Clean house, incredible idyllic views, and quiet. I loved the sound of the train on the tracks at night (if you're not a train person, ear plugs are provided). I didn't know Lancaster County could be this beautiful!"

"We found the house very easily with the directions. As we got to the driveway, we were VERY DELIGHTED with the log cabin! The online outside picture does not do justice. The setting is , serene, and beautiful. The inside was very clean; we were able to adjust the thermostat to our comfort. Our only reason to give four stars instead of five was due to the musty closed-up smell in the air. Maybe dehumidifier or remove carpets. That is our only suggestion. We plan to return for family functions...

"The house was a beautiful little cottage. It was just perfect for the three of us. The owner had quick feed back. The setting was absolutely lovely. It was very clean. We had a great time. "
