"The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. "

"I came to town to visit my son at NCSU, and this was the perfect place to stay. Great for 2 people just needing a place to crash for a couple of days.The property is exactly as described and the location is great. It's in a safe neighborhood and you can easily park right out front. The owners have done an incredible job with the space; they really thought of every little detail. Communication was fantastic and the whole process was smooth. I'll definitely be back!"

"Check in was very smooth and our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool very much and even went out on the canoe. We did most of our cooking there and the kitchen is well stocked. The town had all the stores we needed. Would definitely recommend."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. Very cute home easy access. Close to shopping and dining and convenient to the location I was visiting. But listing a kitchen is a little bit of a stretch. There is no kitchen in this home."

"The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It was in a very convenient location for the events I was attending. The bed was very comfortable.The rooftop pool was delightful. The host was helpful!"

"Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she...

"We loved our stay at the "Best Tiny House in Town!" The space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown on foot. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Raleigh!"

"Adorable little house! Great communication with host! Host made certain to provide us with all the information we needed prior to arrival, was very prompt to respond to any questions and also checked on us while we were there to see if there was anything we needed. Well stocked, comfortable bed, overall amazing experience! "

"Wonderful home! Clean, plenty of amenities. Love that they provided some extra (very cozy) blankets and comfy beds! The layout of the house is great. Close to some SPECTACULAR hidden food gems. Area is pretty, calm, and quiet. Host is very polite and helpful. We plan to make this a yearly trip, and would 100% love to stay here again!"
