"We were there 3 days and really left everyday at 9 am came back after 8 pm, for us just needed a place to sleep. Very clean and coffee was great.Sleep was hard, extremely hot upstairs even with air conditioning. Reading the rules of the house didn’t expect to see if a service call was made for air conditioning (because of freezing the line) we would have to pay.People are different we have a hard time hearing a train with the window opened and fans didn’t help. Getting up early and coming home...

"The apartment was so comfortable, with lots of open space and all the amenities necessary for our prolonged stay. The view from the living and dining room windows was beautiful, overlooking the community’s pond and also the Bridger Mountains off to the side. The bed was very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked like a dream. Plenty of storage for suitcases, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely return in future trips to Belgrade!"

"We stayed at the house for a Montana State visit and Bigsky skiing and this was a perfect location. It also helps that I love to trout fish, the river is easy access behind the house and there are 2-3 real juicy spots within 200 yard walk. Made is real easy to duck out for an hour and hook a quality fish while the family relaxed after shredding it on the mountain. "

"We absolutely loved enjoying coffee, mimosas, and margaritas next to the river. The sound of the river and the bird watching was just we needed. The cabin was fully stocked, clean, and in a good location. The host was great with responses and recommendations. We hope to visoit again this summer. "

"We loved our stay in this lovely apartment! It was cozy and yet had plenty of room for two people. The bed was very comfortable as was the double recliner sofa. Everything was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and small appliances to use. We also liked being able to park inside the garage at night! The location was very convenient as well, with quick, easy access to restaurants and stores. Such a beautiful area! And Sabrina was so prompt and thorough in giving directions and answering...

"This was one of those rare times when the property looked just as good as in the pictures. Plus the cabin was spotless and very nicely stocked. There’s a bike/walking path right outside the front door that will take you to Headwaters State park which is gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Three Forks. "

"We came to pick up our son from MSU and found this gem as the perfect out of town base. Wake up to the quiet of meadowlarks and doves and fall asleep to the sound of the whispering winds. Well appointed loft great for two but we had out son the last night for an early start back to Oregon and were comfortable. Easy in and out with the added bonus of the Madison River just minutes away. Great weekend!"

"We were visiting our son who lives in Bozeman and this house was a great place to stay and gather with him to relax. We love to walk, so the neighborhood was great with sidewalks for walking. The house had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We stay at a lot of houses in our travels and I loves that they supplied kleenex, napkins, spices and storage baggies. Many places don't include all of these items and buying them for a few day stay when flying on a plane isn't great, so was glad to...
