"Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

"Very nice hotel but let down by the bathrooms (door doesn't fully close, no privacy lock, a night light which can't be turned off and is seen from the bed, and the shower rose leaks and has poor pressure). Fix those and it will be a 5 star hotel, but I call it 4.5 at best currently. "

"Reception staff helped solve my car parking problem. The room was very clean. My kid enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel's location is very convenient; it's easy to get around."
