"My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice."

"I was very disappointed in the room. The AC did not work, and I had to sleep in a puddle of sweati, told them it didn't work. And they did nothing, also none of the restaurants were open. And had to eat the same food at the buffet.\nDisappointing"
