"Das Zimmer war ok. Was die Ausschilderung der Zimmer angeht, leider nicht optimal gelöst für die Zimmer im EG. Tiefgaragen Zufahrt hat leider auch nicht funktioniert! In den heißen Sommermonaten und ohne Klimaanlage ist es kaum auszuhalten - es gibt einen Ventilator, der aber leider überhaupt nichts ..."

"Von 7-17Uhr wurde in der Woche die Straße umter der Wohnung aufgerissen. Unerträglich laut. Steckdosen nicht richtig fest. Kontakt mit Vermieter nicht möglich. Reinigungskraft bestätigt extreme Lärmbelästigung kann aber auch nichts machen und hat auch keinen weiteren Kontakt. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung ..."
