"Staff very helpful but was unable to reach them by phone after 3 attempts and even left a message. Lady at check in (Shanas) very helpful and provided a map of city and metro. She took her time with us and was very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary coffee was nice . Crazy system of using Pink shuttle bus. Sometimes needed a pass that either no one looked at or they collected and you couldn’t reuse. Don’t even know the purpose of needing a “pass”. Staff made a big deal about giving out free...

"Nice room comfortable bed..No walk in shower .I felt unsafe with my arthritis getting and out of bath.It should be noted that at the time the lift or escalator down to the train platform was not working."

"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."

"Freundliches Personal. Nur leider war das Silikon der Dusche schimmelig und die Armatur anfangs so fest, dass wir einen Mitarbeiter holen mussten, damit wir überhaupt duschen konnten. An sich war das restliche Zimmer aber sauber."

"Parken schwierig, Zimmer zur Strasse ist bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Gebäude direkt gegenüber Zimmerfenster, Sichtschutzrollo außen vorhanden, man muss es quasi immer schließen, möchte man sich nicht ständig der Stadt präsentieren."

"Ich weiß gar nicht, was das Beste war, ob es die Lage des Hotels war, die Ausstattung, die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Bar, Restaurant oder der Frühstücksraum oder das Personal. Alles war grandios. Das Team vor Ort war so unglaublich freundlich, dass ich den Eindruck hatte ich war bei sehr guten und alten Freunden zu Besuch denn in einem Hotel. Was die Lage betrifft, geht es nicht besser, vor allem wenn man auch mal einen Sightseen Trip nach Berlin machen möchte kombiniert die Lage des Hotels das...

"Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht okay. Für längeren Aufenthalt etwas klein. Das Personal war kaum ansprechbar und sehr abweisend. Zum Frühstück war okay aber das Abendessen war ein Graus. Vieles auf dem Aufsteller war nicht mehr vorhanden nur noch Pommes mit Currywurst. Pommes waren frisch und die Wurst schon älter wurde kurz in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht und Currypulver draufgeschmiert damit man es nicht so sieht das sie älter war. "
