    This remarkable 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house is situated on the northern end of the island and provides spectacular views over Fitzalan Passage with private and direct water access.






    Upon arrival you are met with stone walls and lush manicured gardens that beautifully surround this opulent property. Entering through the large double front doors the views of the ocean are instantly captured through the overhead windows. On the entrance level is where you will find all four bedrooms, the master with a beautifully appointed en-suite complete with bath and walk-in wardrobes. The master bedroom also features it’s own private balcony with glass doors to take full advantage of the extraordinary view.






    Bedroom two and three both face the water and share a quaint balcony, there is a shared bathroom for both of these fabulous bedrooms. The fourth bedroom also boasts water views and encompasses an en-suite bathroom and louver windows, perfect for enjoying the summer breeze.






    A beautiful timber staircase leads you down to the light filled, open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Here you will note the perfect balance of indoor outdoor waterfront living with bi-fold doors opening entire length of the bottom level, seamlessly expanding on to the extensive entertaining area. The fully equipped kitchen complete with European appliances and limitless space would suit the most fastidious of chef’s.






    Moving out on to the spectacular patio entertaining area is where you will enjoy viewing all of the ocean’s pleasures including whales and dolphins that are clearly visible during the season. The wet edge pool is the perfect location to cool off on a hot summer’s day surrounded by the beauty of nature in a private setting.






    This property features 2 golf buggies and is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for a property with unsurpassed beauty and relaxation.

Amazing Place!

Absolutely amazing house with incredible ocean views. The house was spotlessly clean and well looked after. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great outdoor area and pool with BBQ. We had two golf carts to travel about which was very convenient. Beautiful property and place!

Fabulous house and location

We had great communication with the property management team from the onset of our booking. The house was amazing and had such a beautiful view. It rained for most of our stay so we are thankful that we had this beautiful house with an amazing alfresco area to enjoy our days. Thank you to everyone for making our Stay memorable. We can’t wait to return

Family Holiday

Guys its a great house in Hamilton so we had a great time. However its not as great as photos show. The pool has many tiles missing and one adult and one kid cut themselves. The path down to the water was very overgrown so hard for the kids. We also had the IPad that controlled the SONOS out for a few days and the BBQ didn't work so they had to bring in a replacement. Would stay again but need the pool sorted first.
