"Talk about a home away from home! This little studio apartment was the perfect spot for our trip. I needed a place to work remotely for the mornings so I could unplug in the afternoon. Wi-Fi speed was great and uninterrupted for my many Teams calls. There was a desk and chair that I was able to move away from the bedroom area so that I could work without interrupting my partner’s ability to sleep in a little. The bed and couch were super comfy! "This was the third leg of our Colorado trip. Tres Chivos is a great property tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay stress free. The owners are kind and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Thank you!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing...

"There aren’t enough stars to give this home. Everything about it was top notch. Kitchen well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. beds super comfortable, plenty of towels. Home was spotless. We were on a fly fishing trip but rain run off made it tough. House is.close to Delta restaurants, Black Canyon, & Grand Mesa. Lots to do if you don’t fish. Would not hesitate to come back."

"Always a pleasure. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes from the Colorado River Walk. Adam and his wife stock the house with many organic items. It is vey clean and spacious. We have been here many times for the great hiking and Pallisade peaches. "

"This was our second time staying at this home with a few other families and it is the best! There is so much to do for adults and kids on the grounds, and we really enjoyed grilling, swimming, and using the fire pit at night. The home is modern and clean. It’s close to trails for biking as well, which is a huge bonus. We can’t wait to return again!"
