"This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. "The cabin and property are beautiful. Everything in the house is as appears in the pictures. We loved the space for our large family with 11 adults and 10 children. Lots of room for everyone. The communication with the owners and manager was perfect. Lots of things to do in this area but we spent 2 of our days at the cabin Loved it. We will return here when we vacation to Blue Ridge area again. "

This area and this cabin are absolutely great getaways. The host, Cristian was super friendly and professional and made it a super smooth process. "My wife and I stayed 3 days mid-week at Canopy Blue Treehouse and enjoyed the quiet nature all around us, right down to the barred owl out back in the evening.
