"Home was in a great location and looked just like the listing . There was everything we needed to keep ourselves entertained for the 4 days we were there .I had a few questions and the owner responded in a timely fashion and was easy to work with. "Rob and Clarissa's property is in the perfect location on Brooks Creek. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed listening to the birds or watching the activity on the water while we sipped our morning coffee. The three bedrooms and loft space provided more than enough room for 4 adults and two 17 year old boys. Rob is very responsive to any needs his guests may have. Several members of our party enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the creek. The boys enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We also...

"We had wonderful time at the house. Location was perfect and the pool was great hit with everyone. We rented a speedboat for 2 days which was delivered at the dock.There was plenty of space for 20 people. Plan on renting this home again. "

"The house was perfect for our family reunion in Cambridge. Close to everything that we wanted to access. We would stay here again if we are back in the area. "

"Wonderful stay at the house. The house was as advertised and had all necessary amenities. We had a blast together and didn’t have to worry about a thing with the house. I will note that the back steps that lead from the porch are very steep and elderly adult took a fall. A note on this or new steps would be great. The place was very clean. "The photos of this listing don’t do the house any justice. The property is beautiful. The house is open and well stocked. The view is amazing. The pool is just perfect. We came with myself, my husband, our 2 year old, my mom and brother, and his dog. Everyone had their own space and privacy, allowing for everyone to relax on their own timeline.
