"This house is in a great location. We could walk to the beach, or to Fort Henry to let my grandsons run around. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. We have come to this area of Maine since 2017, and this had been our favorite place to stay! "

"Six of us stayed at Sea Eagle and enjoyed every minute of this well appointed and thoughtfully decorated house. If you are considering Boothbay, I highly recommend. The location can’t be beat, the house has everything you need to include comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of places to enjoy the company of others or enjoy some solitude. It really is a gem. We look forward to returning. "

"Perfect spot for our weekday get away. Walking distance to all the locations we needed. I would suggest an updated photo of the exterior of the property. We drove by ans missed the driveway,because the property was very unlike the image posted."

"Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned."

"SO peaceful! so pretty!! so fun watching the river disappear before your eyes. house was completely comfortable and functional, deck space and firepit were used extensively! perfect little tucked away from the world escape but super close to town when you want to see people..."

"This home was warm, comfortable and very well equipped inside and outside. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. The lodge setting reminded us of home in NC. We would love to come back and stay again. "

"Amazing location and beautiful little property. Everything was immaculate and welcoming, and we felt so taken care of, down to the small touches like just the coffee we like! Communication was great and timely, too. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Maine!"

"This is a lovely spot with expansive views of a gorgeous lake location. We enjoyed the house, the grounds, the upper and lower decks, the kayaks and SUPs provided, and dock with access to the lake. Everything was spotless and highly functional with thoughtful host details like coffee and soaps provided. A great place for family. We’d love to return. "
