The kids were probably about 10-13 years old and were terribly loud, running up and down the stairs, screaming and yelling in the hallways and the teachers didn’t do anything about it. "The room was up to standard. The lock on the door was old and not fit for purpose, the carpet in the room was dirty and had stains on it .every floor creaked when walked on so you could hear people waking by most of the night. Also the bed was uncomfortable."

This was primarily because the moment we arrived at the place we discovered the pets weren’t allowed anywhere beyond the ground floor and, if they were “well behaved” into the kitchen area. Everything was perfect it had a super king bed , extra large fluffy bath towels , top end fixtures and fittings, everything felt so luxurious, it was spotlessly clean and had its own secure parking space !!
