Whistler Blackcomb Vacation Rentals use a professional cleaning company to maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Located right on the village stroll in the village. 5 min walk to the lifts or go to the restaurants and shops at your door front. There is a front desk check in and concierge service. There is a common area hot tub and gym in the adjacent building. This deer Lodge Town Plaza unit is cosy and spacious and you can't beat the location. Government issued ID required when checking in.

You can keep your car parked for the duration of your stay, as the Village Stroll, a pedestrian-only promenade lined with shops and restaurants that winds into the heart of the Village, begins at your footsteps. As well, it is only an eight-minute walk to the lifts, and The Marketplace, Whistler's largest shopping centre, is also located across the stroll. The condo is just minutes from three world-class golf courses, and the Valley Trail system, allowing for easy access to hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails, etc.

Some of the features of the condo include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, gas fireplace, WiFi internet access, 2 Flat screen TV's, and a DVD player. As well, guests have access to the fitness centre, hot tub, underground secured parking, bike storage and front desk services and check in.

Your private balcony overlooks the village stroll and Olympic Park where there is a free ice skating rink in the winter and free concerts in the summer.

Warm and Comfortable

Where the condo is located is in the thick of all of the activity that is happening at the village. Our stay there was very full of activities and places to eat for every budget. When we do go back to Whistler we will plan a little more to do. Our budget was limited. We would of loved to take the Gondola to the top of the mountain and had lunch. Next time! The condo itself was very comfortable. The reception folks were very helpful.

I didn’t like that it was not communicated that basic staples were not going to be provided. For example, only 1 cup of coffe was provided for 4 nights and that the jacuzzi was in a different building. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. The property website was confusing and incomplete. It was a good location.

A Great Place to Stay

We had an amazing time in Whistler. The location of the unit was perfect, right in the heart of the village, with grocery, restaurants, cafes, walking trails and other amenities within walking distance. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. While there were certain minor aspects that were a little rough around the edges, they were reflective of a busy rental unit and did not impede our stay. We would stay here again and recommend the unit to our family and friends.

*I don't normally write negative reviews, and this isn't against the property itself, but dealing with the booking and reservation was a nightmare.* I booked through Expedia, but the actual reservation went through at least two other booking sites. Making a simple amendment, such as changing the name on the reservation was a nightmare; Even when I called Expedia, they tried and were unable to assist me. I was able to change the booking up until a certain date and (with difficulty) got the contact information of someone to help me, but getting a response sometimes took days.

Nice condo a little dated but very clean and is in a great locale. Park your rig and walk everywhere. The only negative and the reason it is not a 5 is minor 4 check-in and 10 check-out is not accommodating

Pleasant weekend away in Whistler

The apartment itself was nice and perfectly located, with a few odd little flaws like the kitchen lights are in the centre of the room so you cast a shadow no matter where you work. The elevator is extremely slow. We don’t normally use them but the stairs option takes you outside. We loved the overall experience.

Great condo for the weekend.

The unit was rented as a gift for my parents and they enjoyed their time away. Space was great. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and gadgets. Extra blankets were available. The blinds were closed and the heat was cranked upon arrival. Blinds were dirty. One of the wall corner covers had come away from the wall. Views were lovely as the unit is on a corner of the building - lots of light and windows. Right in the village and close to everything. Would stay again.

Very nice 1 bedroom condo within Whistler Village

This condo is in Deer Lodge, within the Whistler Village. The condo itself is nicely equipped, with a sleeper sofa (we did not check the sofa bed), kitchen, TV and DVD player, dining table, comfy bed, and bathroom. There are ski lockers downstairs. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the lifts; not as close as the Hilton or Westin hotels, of course, but close enough! Grocery stores are nearby. The dining table is a bit worn, but other than that it was all we hoped for and expected! And by the way, we had some great skiing...

A basic rental close to everything. No pool, fitness room and hot tub were in neighbouring Bear facility. Perfect for a couple.
