Overall, the property was as advertised. There were some quirky things that I haven't seen in VRBOs that we've stayed at in the past. Owner's children’s personal items were stored in the closet downstairs, diaper packs in the laundry room and downstairs bedroom night stand, snow pants in the upstairs dresser and personal skis on the deck. We didn't feel like we could really unpack. It felt more like we were staying at a friend of a friend's place. The heating system was confusing and a welcome/orientation booklet would have been helpful. It was way too cold the first night and then way to hot the rest of our stay. Kitchen has lots of small appliances to use but no pods for the coffee maker or indications we could use the coffee in the cabinet. Kitchen was randomly stocked but didn't have any cookies sheets available. There were 2 locked cabinets in the kitchen, which seemed odd for a VRBO. Location was great and was very quiet. Slightly quirky but a good value compared to other properties.
