"We had a graduation family reunion and the property and house were absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything for every family member and we had plenty of space. We were not right on top of one another. Owner came out to fill the feeders to help maybe see some elk. Wonderful time nd everyone enjoyed themselves. "

"This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure!"

"Nice option for a family. The property is in a quiet, working class neighborhood. It's a working-class home built around the 1920s or 1930s. It's in very good condition and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good communication with owner. Fair price. I'd stay again, for sure."

"This was such a lovely townhome. It was very quiet and I felt perfectly safe. I was visiting my son from out of state and got this place so we could spend quality time together. It was decorated the way I would decorate my own home and had a mid century modern theme. Every decorating touch was perfect, from the fixtures to the plush towels and the color harmony.The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and allowed us to cook and even had some spices. "Our stay was nothing but amazing. My 5 year old had so much fun running around the trees and my dog enjoy playing with the 2 dogies in the property. The cabin is really clean and perfectly decorated. We can’t wait to come back in August! "

"We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!"

"It was a quiet and clean place to stay for the weekend. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great! The hosts were very helpful with their communication and information. Check-in was simple and I loved that we weren’t asked to do a lot of the clean up before we left. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Just stayed for a night over a baseball game weekend. Great townhome community, never heard a peep from the neighboring townhome. Convenient parking right at the front door, about 6-7 minutes to get to campus with normal traffic. Clean and comfortable! "
