Cosy, great facilities.
"Great location, friendly front staff and great facilities. We booked for 3 people (1 adult, 2 children) and no rollaway bed was present (checked in at 9:30pm so too late to sort). All 3 had to share the king bed. Also only 2 towels were in the room. TV wouldn't work, but not a big deal."

"Resturant was nice, food was really good, cosy friendly, helpful staff. Would have been good if the room had a nice big couch and tv in the lounge area for family time. Kind of a strange layout, it was a very cold day in taupo, but the room was surprisingly warm after turning on the small heaters ..."
