"I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable."

Upon arrival once someone finally came to the front desk, about 5 minutes after arriving, he seemed unsure of how to look up information and what to do. He never found the reservation and suggested that I should not use services like Expedia because they just try to cheat you out of money. Anyway, I was not given a room. After about an hour of messages back and forth with the automated system a person finally called. This person was helpful from...

"Llegamos minutos para 12:am muy cansados ,La habitacion huele a viejo, El cubre colchón estaba manchado la colcha tanbien tenia mancha en medio. Y no la pudimos usar, pero al siguiente dia le dije a trabajadora y le dije que las sabanas estaban sucias, y el dijo que no era sucio, que era mancha, pero las canbio el sofa estava sucio oh manchado,seria bueno que hagan canbios de las vosas mas visibles"
