"Can’t fault anything really we had a great stay staff friendly hotel was lovely great location easy access to all the shops the harbour and the main attractions of Bristol. The food was lovely so much choice to have the bedroom was lovely. Plenty of teas and coffees. Nice that you had a thermostat to turn up the heating. Bathroom was lovely.
