"In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!"

"Nicole deserves a raise! She was helpful and informative with any of our inquiries. The unit could use a few more pans etc. for reheating the delicious Maine fried seafood! Bathroom could use a new shower curtain and grout! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"The location is quite a walk from the pier, but it is directly on the ocean. The parking is horrible.The room was not very clean. I cleaned the air conditioner because it was pushing out dust,etc.We will never stay here again."

"The place was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. A simple place within one block of the ocean. Can’t beat that! When we had an issue with WiFi, they responded promptly and all was rectified very quickly. Easy access upon arrival and clear directions about departure. Would recommend ."

"If you’re looking for a Prefect Place to stay look no further. Great view of the Atlantic sitting on the chairs, the host are very friendly, and the house is very spacious and comfortable. We’ve been here twice and will be back. "

"Great stay overall! Approximately a 15 minute drive into the city in a quiet neighborhood. There were a few amenities in the room that were nice even if the kitchen wasn't available (a few plates/mugs, microwave, fridge). There was also complimentary snacks, candy, and water upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Do note that you will share the house with the host, but your room will have a separate lock.Great option for a cozy spot to rest after fun adventures in Portland! "

"The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it."

"Beautiful condo right off the beach, facing the ocean. Love the open layout. Beautiful sunrises! Great place for a family. It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars."

"This is a darling condo with everything you could need. Clean, nicely decorated, perfect location, and really loved the balcony! Looking forward to coming back!"

"We loved our 2 week stay at the Grey Goose! The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The beach amenities were great! Plenty of chairs. The umbrellas were in great condition. Our kids enjoyed using the buckets and shovels to make sand castles. Lots of beach towels provided too!
