"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and overall a good stay! We didn’t arrive until after 9pm, our son was having surgery the next morning early at UK and we got checked in quickly! "

The front desk staff young lady that checked us in was so personable and knowledgeable. She gave great recommemdation for things to do and dinner, as well as some tidbits about being an UK student. "We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...

"This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. We have stayed there before and were excited to stay again. This is a definite must stay. They have created a beautiful haven to make guests feel special. The outside seating and fire pits and the open bar inside make it a great place to visit with friends and family while relaxing and having a beverage. The restaurant is great too. The breakfast is served until 4… which is perfect for brunch. Love their mimosas and Bloody Mary’s as well. Highly recommend!"

"The rooms were large and bright with a clean bathroom. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and connected to the light. We ended up not turning it on and using the light around the mirror which was bright enough. The included breakfast was quite good and they changed up the hot options each day. The parking lot was bright and felt safe, even as a single woman walking back to the front door at night. The location was excellent - not too far from downtown and conveniently located near a gas...

"We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep. The night person at the desk came right away and changed the linens and was shocked to see what we had described to her on the...
