"We stayed (a group of 7 adults) June7-12. Very clean, updated, with everything we needed right there. Very short walk to the beach and not crowded at all. We were impressed with how fast the elevators were. Never more than a minute or two to wait. We will definitely be back!"

"We were in town for a show at nearby venue, location is very close to several really great food spots, Korean Thai Italian. This place is immaculate. Brightly and tastefully decorated. Comfy sheets and great shower. Tons of room for my husband and two teen boys. Steep steps up to the unit and also spiral staircase might be hard for people with mobility issues, otherwise perfect sty and host was very quick to respond when we asked to check in early. Which we did, 45 minutes early. Very happy...

"Central to everything we were there for in Louisville and across the river in Jeffersonville. Easy parking and walkable to some excellent food and beer. Very quiet neighborhood and building. The bed was super comfy memory foam and the water pressure strong. It’s up a long flight of indoor stairs so for anyone with mobility issues…this is not the place…otherwise it’s a great quiet corner of Louisville. "

"The stay was perfect. I appreciated the prompt communication from the host anytime I had a question. We did not get to utilize the space to its fullest potential since we spent the majorty of the time doing wedding stuff all weekend. It was a very comfortable landing spot after a long day. "

The unit was in great condition, well staged and clean. Having a functioning kitchen, laundry unit, and secure parking was fantastic for our stay."

"This property exceeded all our expectations. The views were spectacular and the comfort and space for 3 couples and a small dog were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Personally, I wouldn’t bother going down to the beach as the walk down was very treacherous and steep - I would drive 5 mins and enjoy Sargent Bay instead. The house is conveniently located closed to so many great hikes and beaches as well as shopping. We requested an early access and Heathers graciously...

"This house is a beautiful historical home. The home is older so there are a few things that remind you of that but its definitely a great stay. There's plenty of parking nearby, the garage is convenient, and everything's within a 15 minute drive max. "

"The pace was good for a short trip. Close to everything. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the outdoor space was messy. The outdoor seating and tables were dirty and rusty. "

"It was cute and comfy and it was so nice to walk right down and go to restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. We definitely want to come back! "

"Enjoyed our stay! It was a little tricky trying to get into the home, as there were 6 trash cans blocking the entrance upon arrival, but after moving them about we were able to unpack and enjoy our stay. It was great how walkable the restaurants were and appreciated how welcoming many were of our pup. We took the bikes into Louisville and enjoyed seeing the distilleries. If you are going to do the same, I would bring a bike lock from home, since the neighborhoods definitely had some...

"Very nice and clean stay. Excellent communication:).Would recommend noise machines in the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable but the road was way busier than we realized. Ive driven through Louisville many times on 65 but never spent time to know the area."
