If you want to be near the water, the Boat House is the place to be!

  • Walk to the end of the street to experience the open waterway. Enjoy the fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and pleasure boats available for rent. If snorkeling is a pleasure of yours, Phil Foster Park is renowned for snorkeling and scuba diving right off the beach.
    Just across the Blue Heron Bridge is Singer Island – 20 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Riviera Beach. Down the road from the house, catch a ferry ride to Peanut Island.

    Plenty of restaurants nearby with Happy Hour specials to enjoy! If you are into fishing, there are multiple bait shops within a mile of the house.

    The house is conveniently located east of US-1 and I-95, and near airports - Palm Beach International Airport (20 minutes away), Ft. Lauderdale (1 hour away) and Miami Airport (90 minutes away).

    Getaway to this retreat private home on large corner lot, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has terrazzo floors to keep it cool, along with A/C and ceiling fans. Living room has windows on 2 sides which lets in nice light. Relax on the leather couch or recliner chair in front of the windows and 42” Smart TV.

    In the morning, set out the folding lawn chairs on the front porch to watch the sun come up. In the evening, enjoy a cocktail in the covered screened-in porch that has chairs and a table.

    Kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Small kitchen appliances/tools include coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, cook and grill utensils and towels. A Weber gas grill is on the patio just outside the kitchen door.

    Dining room has table seating for 4-6 and overhead ceiling fan.

    There are 3 comfortable bedrooms – a queen bed in 2 of the bedrooms along with dresser, nightstands, and ceiling fan. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2 Full bathrooms, 1 with combination shower/tub and 1 with stand-up shower.

    All linens, pillows, sheets, hair dryer, and bath towels – body, hand, and washcloths – are provided. You have access to a washer and dryer for any laundry needs.

    Parking available on driveway and parking space in front of house.

    The Boat House is tastefully decorated, equipped and ready for your enjoyment.

    We follow the recommended cleaning checklist to ensure a clean and safe environment.
    - Cleaned with disinfectant
    - Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
    - All towels and bedding washed in hot water
    - High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant

    This property is Pet Friendly for an additional fee. No smoking allowed indoors.

Cute little place and close to the beach! The grocery store is close and we were pretty much close to everything( within 15-20 minutes drive). Had a lovely time while staying there and spending relaxing evenings in the beautiful porch.

Close to the Beach!

The best thing about this house is it’s proximity to the beach. It is 1 mile from Singer Island and 2 miles from Ocean Reef Park. It is also in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It is more spacious then it looks and it is VERY well stocked from the towels, to kitchen to bedding. It is an older property but you will feel right at home. And you can not beat the location!!! We had absolutely NO issues and didn't have to contact the owner once during our 7 night stay.

Centrally located for our needs for spring training and beaches. Never knew the inner coastal waters were so clear for snorkeling. Lots of close beaches and eateries. House was perfect for 2 retired guys. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Great communication from host.

Truly a GEM!

Came for a dive week and could not have been a more perfect property. Lovely, immaculate home and amenities, beautiful screened in porch and that outdoor area and shower, divine! Host was so personable and kind, and property manager helped me when I stupidly locked myself out. Effortless! Would definitely stay here again.

Old Florida Fishing House

We were the first to rent this charming house for our month stay in Florida. It was immaculately clean and certainly accommodated all our needs for a pleasant stay. Communication with the owner was above the normal. Absolutely recommend this property for a short or long term rental. If you going to southeast Florida, you wont't be disappointed.

Thanksgiving trip

Online listing not really inaccurate but from the pictures you can’t tell the yard is not enclosed. This may be pertinent if you are bringing pets and need a fully fenced yard. We only had one with us so walking him multiple times a day was not a problem but had we had more it would have been inconvenient.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. Clean and spacious. Our group of four (and our small dog) stayed for 2 weeks. Having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was really nice. The screened patio is great. Nice to be able to enjoy the outside in the shade, protected from rain and bugs. The outdoor shower was a nice surprise, and some of us used it exclusively. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in working order. The washer and dryer works well and is convenient. Good parking in the side driveway for 2 cars. The location is close to Phil Foster Park and to the shuttle to Peanut Island. A short drive to West Palm Beach. Staying at the Boat House is a good value and we recommend it.
