"I have stayed here several times. It’s a great way to camp without all the fuss. You feel like you’re enjoying nature without having to pack a bunch of essentials. We stayed in a king bedroom with shower and bathroom. Everything you need is there and it’s close to grocery stores. The pond is wonderful. "Check-in process easy, cabin small but fit two people nicely. 3 floors in a small space, so there were always stairs to negotiate--not a problem for us, but may be for some. Comfy bed, nice bedding and pillows. Owner gave us a restaurant recommendation (Ken's) that garnered an outstanding seafood meal. Don't miss the lobster rolls!"

"The location on the lake was great and very peaceful! The space was perfect for what we needed. The downstairs bedrooms were a bit chilly so bring extra blankets if you get cold. "

"We booked a weekend getaway and our stay was very pleasant. It was an older cottage and some updating is needed but it had a very cozy feel. The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again. "

"We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "Great spot, great doc, great everything. It was a little small. but still nice. The only thing that it lacked was a couple of AC units because it gets very hot if it is a hot humid day especially upstairs in the loft."

"Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake.
