Staff was very professional and extremely helpful. All of my requests were handled quickly and with more courtesy than I expected.
I did not like the breakfast options, but that was more than made up for in amenities, accommodations, professionalism, convenience, and really fast Internet.

The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
