"Conveniently located, lots of places to eat near by, clean rooms"

"The room is clean but a little old. I got some kind of molding smell in the room. Staff was nice and helpful they just forgot to clean my room and replace towels for me on the second days. .breakfast does not have much selections."

"This hotel was fine for our one-night stopover in Annapolis. Location was good with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious, although fairly basic. Beds were clean and comfortable. On the down side, the foyer of the hotel wasn't very clean when we visited. Perhaps someone had just been in with dirty shoes on but the carpet seemed a bit grubby. Breakfast was very basic. So fine for a stopover but don't expect anything fancy."

"Room was completely outdated, and things like the bathroom were actually difficult to use. Note: You had to”step around the toilet to get into the shower”? Our door to our room was broken, we reported it immediately, but nothing was done. Much more than an inconvenience to me and my fiancé. I’m assuming all the rooms are the same (?), so it’s unlikely we will be returning to this property."

"We really enjoyed everything! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was great! Very friendly staff. Location close to the Metro, which made traveling to ALL the places so easy (5$ per person per trip). Overall 4.5/5. Only thing missing was a swimming pool!"

"This hotel is an older hotel that has seen a lot of traffic in and out of it. It is located well for visits to the Whitehouse and other tourist destinations, but definitely a 3 out of 5 star experience."

"Stayed one night for airport. Hotel provides shuttle to and from DCA. Takes about 5-10 minutes. Common areas and the bar are nice. Room was not good. AC was so loud I turned off. In the room there were exposed wires, wall paper peeling, broken USB sockets, holes in paneling. Items a well maintained hotel would have sorted out."

"This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent… Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent."

"Good value in a safe and upscale neighborhood! Room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered as well! Metro is a moderate walk, but parking is available at the station if walking is not desired. Manager was very helpful and attentive upon check-in. He showed us the path to the Metro and suggested where to get snacks as there is no vending in the hotel."
