"Such a cute & clean place to stay when visiting the Yellow Springs area. The house is an easy 6 minute from downtown Yellow Springs. The owners thought of all the little details, so don’t fret if you happened to forget a toiletry- they have you covered. We drank wine by the fire table the night we were there- so nice & relaxing. I really do not have any complaints, but I will let the ladies know that the shower is small and has no spot to prop your legs up on, so shaving is a challenge. I had a...

"The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next...

"Our family had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities, including the luxurious pool, pool house, outdoor lounging and eating areas, sauna, fire pit, theater style chairs for movie watching, and more. "Sarah's communication and clarity of information could not have been better. This cabin exceeded our expectations- from the stunning views of the pond and farmland to the special little touches throughout the home. It was the perfect spot to unplug - a quintessential combination of tech (central AC and WiFi) and homespun hospitality. We will definitely be returning! "This property is absolutely lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet and well located. The stairs are a bit steep to the 2nd floor, but everything us so well appointed that it was fine. Spacious for a family of 5, and very clean. We will be back. :) "

"We stayed here for a 2 week WEC horse show. The home had plenty of room for 2 families. We would stay here again. "

"If you love space and nature, you will love this place. You can see for miles…farmlands. The strong breeze was welcome and the 4-5 big trees around the house were full of birds. There are so many opportunities to be outside: at the rear, protected by the house and along the covered porch. The inside has minimum sleeping capacity of 6 (3 queen beds) and then there’s the sofa and carpeted floor-space in the TV room. Families can enjoy a get-together with extended family here. "We come into town once a year for a horse show and love staying here. The check in process was flawless. We even got to check in an hour early which was amazing. The house is very homey. We love that there is a washer & dryer and 2 bathrooms. We will definitely be staying again "
