"Amy’s property was perfect for 9 of us. We were in town for Beach Blast soccer tournament and everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning in them. The 3rd bedroom had an upright fan in it so to keep that room cool you do need to keep the door open so that it stays cool with the living room and kitchen air conditioning running. "When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way. "It was great for a long weekend getaway with the family. Dog and kid friendly. We took the bikes for a boardwalk cruise which was great. The room itself was great, beautifully updated."

"The property was as described and met our expectations to the fullest. The owner was very pleasant and positive. He even allowed me to take our daughter out on his boat. She loved it! Feeding the birds was our favorite. Over all it felt like home especially the neighbor yelling for his two cats Pepper and Ginger every day to feed. lol we will definitely come back. PS. "Such a quaint little house. My husband and I brought our daughter and her two friends to go to the country music fest. The original house we rented got flooded and we had to find another place to stay. This house was just what we needed. We wanted to be close enough to get to the beach and boardwalk daily.
