"Very helpful at the desk had a flat tire and took a a bit longer to get the car back. He was kind enough to hold my luggage after I checked out until it was ready! Sewwt guy and lady at the desk! Would highly stay there again coming from New Jersey for Boston!!"

"My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. "This is an overpriced two star hotel that is extremely dated. Linens and towels and toilet paper the cheapest and poorest quality. Would never stay here again Not what I expect from best western chain"

"We came here with our almost 5 year old for just a quick one night get away. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! My only complaint is the bed could have been a little softer. This might become our quick get away go to!"
