"Check in and communication with Lisa was easy. We asked about the kayaks and they were moved to a very accessible location for our stay. The property was in a perfect location for our needs – close to Cedar Rapids Airport and also Iowa city. We were there for a family gathering and the night everyone came over it was about 11 of us. There were plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to eat dinner on the deck. The cabin was thoughtfully supplied with extras of everything we needed – toilet...

"This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. We loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside grilling and kayaking. The lake access made it super easy. "I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its owners. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, lots of peace and quiet. Owner Karen really went all out to make sure our stay was peaceful and comfortable. I especially loved the kitchen (equipped with high-tech equipment), which opened up to the living room, creating an open and spacious place to just hang out. "This townhouse had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a group of eight. Plenty of space, good parking behind the unit, unit was new and very clean. Only thing was that the walls were a little thin and we probably annoyed our neighbors."

"My husband and I booked this stay for our anniversary. It was absolutely perfect! The treehouse was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything (other than wine glasses) but they did have a wine bottle opener! The cute little extra touches like bottled waters and popcorn were so lovely! "We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!"

"We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!"

There were enough beds and couches for everyone. The location was great to access Iowa City and the surrounding areas. The hosts were great and check in was seamless.
