"Awesome property in Potter County Pa. Lots of amenities and every thing you would need was provided. The only issue that I have was the way the cost was displayed. There were way to many fees in addition to the actual rent that practically doubled the cost and I also did not like the TV service which was not user friendly."

"We loved this place. For being rustic, everything was well thought of to make this a relaxing and refreshing experience. When leaving, we felt a bittersweet feeling. We enjoyed the wildlife and taking walks. A lovely area! The one thing it needed...cows on the hillside with bells around their necks! As I said in the beginning, we LOVED this place! "

"I am originally from the area and wanted to “go home” for a few days. The cabin was clean and had plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. for my family’s 5 night stay. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch and watching the birds and deer in the yard. My husband and daughter had a blast fishing the pond, catch and release of course. "I booked this last minute as a Father's Day gift to my husband who loves all things nature. The property was just beautiful, inside and out. It was peaceful and private with comfortable beds and strong enough wifi for me to work remotely. David left clear instructions for everything we would need and check in was easy. My husband has already asked when we can come back :) "

Location is perfect, secluded enough to enjoy the quiet/ peacefulness of the woods, yet close to everything we love to do in Potter County (esp Lyman Lake & Cherry Springs) Cabin itself was clean & comfortable, more than enough room for family of 4. "This tiny home is so cozy! We hinkered down inside due to the weather, but it was perfect! The kitchen is well stocked. The island was the perfec spot for our puzzle. Our dog was comfortable and welcome by the owners."

"Awesome house, only issue was cleanliness of the coffee cups. Most of them looked dirty. Other than that we would definitely rent the home again. I have family and friends who are interested in renting it in the future. Also, lots of food items opened (like sugar, spices) I wouldn't use something that is already opened."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Communication with the owners was so quick and easy, and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin itself was really cool--rustic decor, and extremely clean. The weather wasn't great when we were there so we didn't have a chance to really enjoy the outdoor areas, but the beach, pond and outdoor bar/grill area seem ideal for a nice day. Totally recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! "
