"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"My husband had a wonderful time at your cabin for his birthday. Everything was exactly like our home - coffee, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom was clean and a perfect mattress. We did have trouble in the shower, there weren’t any grab bars to steady yourself. It would help to have some grab bars. We spent early morning (5am) and late afternoon outside enjoying the quiet. And we know that you can not do anything about the noise, but the big trucks were quite noisy. The...

Of all the places and properties we've been to this one was, hands down, the best trip so far. The perfect cloudless nights, weather, and activities contributed largely to this, but the property was the foundation of everything we did. Its a wonderful place that isnt too far away from anything, yet far away enough that the stars are so clear it could give anyone an existential crisis....

"My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate...

"This was a short stay, but the house was very clean, adorable and a lot of little extras. Especially loved that it had a fenced in yard. It was also walkable to cream and sugar, a cute little pastry cafe."
