"We’ve stayed in many holiday homes during the past twenty years or so, and this one is a standout!Warm when we arrived on a really cold day, beautifully renovated and stunning central location (yet very quiet).The house retains its beautiful heritage features but provides all the modern luxuries. "Clean, comfortable and spacious home with a good yard for the dog to run around in! On the main road, so easy to find. A short drive to everything in Bendigo."

"This is a very tidy property with heaps of character located convenient to View St restaurants, the Gallery and Oval. Recently renovated with quality fittings it is not big with only one bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen has all the essential including a dishwasher, and a good selection of teas, a Nespresso pod machine and a few condiments. Bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable, although the two in the front to get a little traffic noise from busy Barnard St."

"We loved our time at this beautiful 3-bedroom home. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. everything was ready on arrival, the kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery and cookware and the outdoor area was great for relaxing. The location was good with only a short drive to the supermarket. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed staying in the historic property that had been restored to make it comfortable and cosy. The Bendigo West location made it easy to drive into the centre of town to the art gallery and to find a supermarket nearby"

"Wonderful despite the rainy weekend. The tiny house was cosy with a toasty fire, or diesel heater when we wanted instant heat. The shower was hot, the bed comfy. Our hosts made sure we could get across the paddock to the tiny house when it was looking too damp for our car to make the journey in the wet. At night the stars were clearly visible from our own private river valley, complete with our own outside fire place beside the river. We took advantage of a tasty breakfast from the main house...

"We really enjoyed our stay the penthouse is beautifully layed out with all the comforts you need. And ideally located right in the centre of Bendigo.Sally was a great host."

"Fruit, bread, milk, etc was provided. Was warm and had alot of supplies for use. Was quiet with good views. Was hard to locate as is on a service road. Is not suitable for people with mobility issues. No hand rail for stairs to enter accommodation and no outside light. Pot plants around main stairs handrail made stairs unsafe."

"Julie and Gary were always very responsive, nothing was a problem, the cottage had central heating and cooling, 2 bathrooms and lovely cosy bedrooms and sitting areas, both inside and outside. The thoughtful touches were an extra special bonus, light breakfast supplied and some cakes upon our arrival We felt so at home here.Easy walk to town centre, Gallery, places of interest, cafes and restaurants. The only time we used the car was to take a drive to Castlemaine.Thankyou we loved it "
