  • Only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Wells beach, this is THE beach house for large families and groups ! This welcoming spacious home of 6 bedrooms (sleep 17) and 2 full bathroom is perfect for gatherings. ***Exciting upgrade! Brand-new hot tub to make your stay even more relaxing.

    Fully equipped kitchen with a large granite island that will please the food lovers. Enjoy the warmth and ambiance gas fireplace in cooler months in the lovely living room. Plenty of yard for the kids, brand new ping pong table and large parking space.
    Visit the rooftop terrace for an unique breathtaking view of the ocean and salt marshes, ideal at the end of the day for the gorgeous sunset views.

Fantastic beach house

The house is very comfortable and well stocked with all of the necessities.We enjoyed the location, being able to walk to the beach. The grocery store and restaurants are nearby.

Long weekend family gathering

We had a wonderful time with extended family with plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location to take long walks at the beach. The house is beautiful with so many amenities that make the trip perfect!! We will definitely rebook again!

Girls trip :)

From checking in on Thursday to checking out on Sunday, this house and host were super easy to work with. We don’t have a single complaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Just being steps from the beach was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for.

the roof deck was the BEST!!!!!

My family gathered here for the weekend and (other than a few glitches with hot water/fridge that the owner handled very quickly!) we had plenty of room to spread out, play, and rest- the rooftop deck was the highlight of the stay other than the short walk to the beach...I highly recommend this beautiful beach home in Wells :-)

Another Great Vacation!

This is our 5th year making family memories at this property and we hope for many more! This house has everything you could possibly need and more! Every year we look forward to seeing any new additions. It is a short walk to the beach, arcade, food and shops. The balcony is perfect to just relax and socialize. It truly is the perfect place for large groups!

Partridge family reunion!

Property was perfect for a large family. Kitchen and living/dining area was large enough for hanging out together. Plenty of parking as well! Great location! On a cold winter weekend it was toasty warm. Olivia was very responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again!!
