"Gorgeous property! We were in town from out of state got a wedding. This was the perfect spot to accommodate our family. The separate bedroom spaces (one with own sitting area/Tv) are ideal. Very clean, nicely appointed. Note to travelers: This house does not provide towels or bed sheets. Luckily we had local family to help us out. Overall a great house!! Short walk to the ocean was lovely."

The living areas are comfortable and beautifully furnished and the bedrooms/bathrooms offer ample space and privacy for everyone. The house is located on the third line but you can hear the waves at night and it's only a two minute walk to the beach so very easy to come back to the house if you forget something or need to go to the bathroom.. lots of beach chair, games, wood for the fire pit...we were all very happy and impressed! "This house is perfect for enjoying the beauty of the ocean and marshes. The kitchen deck looks on to a beautiful marsh. The ocean is a mere 2 minute walk and Moody Beach is spectacular! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are really comfortable and there is lots of room to spread out and relax. Just a wonderful place to unwind with family and friends."
