  • Our home is right on Wells beach. Wake up every morning with a 180 degree panoramic ocean view from your deck, patio and picture window living room. This home is the ultimate in beach convenience. Wake up to sunrises over the ocean and enjoy family fun on the deck as you watch the sun set. Both upstairs bedrooms have windows directly facing the beach, Wake up to an ocean sunrise right outside your window. A Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils allows for eating in and the central location of this home allows for quick access to all the great local restaurants. Wells is getting more and more popular each summer. The number of homes that offer this degree of beach access and ocean views is shrinking every year (as owners convert rental homes to private homes). Treat yourself to the ultimate Wells beach experience - Stay right on the beach!! Within our recently updated circa 1924 home, this 2 bedroom unit is adjoined by a 3 bedroom unit (VRBO #2278234) on the opposite side of the home. If you are looking to vacation with family/friends this setup provides for both close proximity and privacy. Incredible beach views - best we’ve ever had! The host was easily communicative and prompt in responses. We loved Dock Square Coffee, Lupine Books, Fisherman’s Catch, Federal Jack’s, and much more!

Just a quick getaway

If you want a quaint, safe, comfortable and beautiful place to stay right on the beach this is the house to rent. Thanks to a very attentive host I had a great, relaxing weekend in Maine at this beautiful property, close to quaint towns and right on the water. Would love to stay here again.

Location was incredible, right out the door and down steps to the sand! So much beach when tide is out, kids loved riding their bikes on it, and walking down wells beach to the jetty. Beautiful wrap around porch to sit out on at night and a patio area, too. Beds were comfy and space was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids -6&4). Will look to stay here again for sure. Thank you!

The beach house was one of the best ones we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to many over the years. Would totally recommend this. You’re literally sitting right on the beach. The owners kept in touch with any questions that we had. I would highly suggest this to anybody looking for a beautiful getaway in Maine.

This little beach house was perfect for a small family get-a-way. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and had the breathtaking views it promised. The sunrises off the porch were amazing. Step off the porch into the sand. As a family we walked the beach looking for shells and seaglass. So close to restaurants and other activities but still felt like a relaxing beach vacation. Host communicated very well. Thank you David for sharing this lovely beach home.

Perfect location! Quick response when we had a minor problem. I am 80 & my husband is 93… the stairs to the bedroom are steep & narrow. It was a bit of problem for us. We had a great 5 days!

Perfect location

I stayed with my sister-in-law and our four kids, ages 11-14. It was a cute place, amazing location, perfect porch for enjoying the beach. Would definitely stay again!

This place was great for what three old girlfriends needed for some R&R. My friends are a little out of shape, so the stairs leading to the two bedrooms were a little tough. They are a wee bit narrow and steep for overweight folks but doable. All in all the place was amazing and super clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced (it was off season too). The host was very accommodating and answered questions right away. Definitely booking again for next year!

Beach get away

House is right on the beach. Very clean and easy to get to. The owner is delightful and very helpful . Lots of decks and chairs and we definitely enjoyed our stay.
