"God beliggenhet og stor leilighet. Pent og moderne. Ikke så praktisk med dårlig vifte nå i den voldsomme sommervarmen, skulle hatt en bedre vifte. Fikk heller ikke innsjekkingsinformasjon, så måtte ringe for å både finne frem og komme oss inn. Men de på telefonen var veldig hjelpsomme. Ville ha bestilt igjen😊"

"Nice location and good sized room. Clean. Took off a star as the lighting in the room and bathroom was not great, and there was sometimes a weird smell coming from the drains (I think). It has air conditioning, which was essential when I was there."

"My room was clean and spacious with a small well equipped kitchen space. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The location was perfect with easy access to both the Piccadilly line to get to King’s Cross and the District line to get to Kew Gardens. We walked to Hyde park after dinner closeby. I will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here as a family of 4 and booked a suite. The master bedroom was upstairs along with the bathroom, but everything was very tight and small, which I guess can be expected in London. The hallway in the entrance was very tight to use so in reality, the square footage advertised is not accurate. They offer free coffee however they were always out of cup each time we went to get coffee in the lobby. We had to bring our own cups from our room, which was an inconvenience. "Mi estancia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación ocupada, lo que obligó a un primer cambio. Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. Posteriormente nos trasladaron a una tercera habitación...
