Otherwise the common area is well adapted to coworking too. The food is okay, a bit pricey though (similar to European prices) and the price is displayed in USD. The surroundings were a bit missing restaurants, you would need to take a tuktuk especially at night time because it’s pretty dark. "

"I appreciated the walking distance to the beach as well as staff that is just amazing! Also, the location is perfect as it is close to the beach but not right on the beach where the most of the bars and restaurants are located, while distant enough from the main road. Breakfast is nice and served with great attention by the staff that is friendly and professional despite long working hours ( most of them were there the whole day). "

"The place is very good, clean and comfortable. In a quiet area and very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Breakfasts are very nice, specially all the fruits they give you. We loved being able to eat a variety of fruits all mornings, and delivered to your lovely terrace/room! Everyone that works there is super friendly and willing to help and make you feel at home."

"The stay here was great. Host very gracious. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with a gas burner, refrigerator,dishes and pans, small dining room, patio with a day bed, washing machine. Bedrooms have a/c. Other rooms with ceiling fans. WiFi worked well. Host provided laundry detergent, shampoo, sun screen and mosquito repellent. He also provided us with some great meals. This is not high end, but my brother and I loved it. Would recommend to anyone wanting nice,...

"Essen a la carte und sehr gut. Service sehr zuvorkommend. Der Pool und Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Zimmer sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (obwohl man keinen großen Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer benötigt). Direkter Zugang zum Strand"

"A lot of ants in the room even after cleaning. The laundry price is not clearly stated and it did not seems to be very well washed. I noticed some missing socks after departure. The outlets are definitely placed randomly. To plug your tools or even the kettle i'ts doable but you need some imagination sometimes... We had hot water 2 days out of 5. Basically if other people in the hotel have a shower it affects lower floors so not very convenient especially because we got sick during this stay so...

"The Moose is such a special place! The host Ashan is a wonderful man. I felt so welcomed and safe and taken care of my whole stay. Room was big, immaculately clean, hot shower. Owner was also always on hand for questions and helped out with taxis etc. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Was sad to leave. "
