Apparently it’s on a sign at the hotel that wasn’t pointed out or told when they needed to scan card for the hold that all hotels require. Had to call and ask about the charge and was talked to like I was an idiot for not knowing they changed to park on site. Also water was a struggle took 10 minutes to get hot water"
