"Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast and they kept it stocked and clean. Would have been a nice bonus to have a shuttle option. Some of the areas were dated and worn. I can’t say enough positive about all the staff we interacted with. I would return but hope there are some property upgrades in the meantime."

"The room was clean, no elevator which is a little difficult when carrying multiple bags, the room door handle turned up instead of down to open the door, paint on bathroom door peeling/rusted, toilet clogged a bit no plunger in the room and the plunger provided when picked up at front desk was plastic that didn’t actually work. Staff was friendly, but often have to wait for them to come back to the front desk."

"Love the charm and ambience! Great team that goes above and beyond to be helpful. Lots of quaint reading nooks and places to enjoy time outside of a hotel room. The location is waking distance to restaurants and the bay. We loved the pool, coffee shop and more. When I left my iPad and called to ask for support, they I immediately locked it and let me know. Stress was relieved. They are great!"
