Very nice, big, accessible room. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and they served a good breakfast. The location in Ballantyne was centrally located and close to everything. I would highly recommend this facility!

The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte
I will admit I had some reservations due to the price per hotel room, but the staff's professional nature and quick responses were exceptional. The decor and luxuriousness definitely made me feel like a VIP. I would certainly stay here again- especially for the quality of the bed and the shower!

Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte - Pineville
We were given a room but the toilet ran and the bathroom light wasn't working. One call and we were given another room. It seemed clean and spacious until my husband went to dry off after a shower (excellent water pressure) and the towel has feces stains on it. Immediately they got us two fresh towels. ...
