"Average stay!!! In side the house was clean. Nice deck!!! But the yard needed maintenance. Especially if kids are staying and are wanting to play in the yard. "

Macedonia & Kyrgyzstan) & 2 boys (Taiwan & Kazakhstan), the host father of the girl from Kyrgyzstan, & I were in Tallahassee to visit the Capitol & see the legislature in session. Anxious to get inside, the students streamed back out, exclaiming how beautiful & nice the house is inside "How did you find it!?" Phenomenal, homemade, healthy bars & lovely, handwritten words...

"We rented a home locally so that I could spend time with my kids and nieces and nephews for Easter it was a comfortable stay, lots of space. Great neighborhood and great neighborhood. "

"Our family Stayed here for our daughter's graduation from FSU. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The home was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. We particularly enjoyed the back deck in the mornings listening to and watching the surrounding nature. It was very peaceful and a beautiful way to start the day. We had excellent Communication with Sam and Maria with prompt responses of our inquiries. Sam and Maria's place is close enough to visit campus in a short drive and all of the restaurants...

"I booked the property for my family to stay at because I did not have enough room at my home. The house was amazing as well as the backyard pool. The scenery is wonderful with the pond. Everything is so nice and peaceful. Steve was a fabulous host. He is prompt with communication and very accommodating. My family enjoyed themselves so much that they would like to book this vacation home again! If you're thinking about renting this home don't hesitate, go for it!"

"We enjoyed our stay because it was in a great location. The property was clean and well maintained. As a family of introverts, we enjoyed all the bedrooms and were not bothered by a lack of living room. Plenty of room to gather at meal time."

"No extra pillows, 4 plates,4 forks, 4 cups, 4 towels, no trash bags. Didn't like the Black sheets. You basically have to buy everything to stay there. The Fan/light remotes are linked so when you turn fan or light on in your room the upstairs rooms also go on. We suspect i the remotes are linked with the neighbors fan install as well. Overall a nice place thought. Great rooftop."
