"Had a family retreat to partake in the Deck the Halls event on Seneca Lake and this home was perfect for the 8 of us. Top to bottom the home was very clean, kitchen had all the items we need to make our meals, game room was a big hit. Close to Watkins Glen and right on the wine trail. Did not get to use the outdoor patio but looks like a great spot to finish off the night."

"The bathroom was very clean and well lit. The bedroom was smaller than the picture made it seem. The bed was comfortable. The rugs had stains, the curtains were over the air conditioner and the clips that were there did not keep the curtains up very well, the tv was complicated to use, there was no small table for eating purposes. The room could have use a ceiling fan. There was no snacks or drinks. We had a lot of trouble with the front door because it never accepted our code. There were a lot...

"Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. "

"Cindy is a really wonderful host and was so helpful. Even before we arrived she contacted me to make sure I could find the property. She even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy a long with many excellent restaurant and winery recommendations. The home itself is very cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. Fireplace is warm. Kitchen is large with all the cookware needed. Walmart is 5 minutes away for any supplies. Watkins Glen hike was made so much better by staying here. Highly recommended."
