"My husband and I stayed in this home for our annual anniversary trip. We love hiking and brought our dog with us for some active relaxation. This home was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Front Royal where there was plenty to do; yet also steps away from a trail in the neighborhood, which intersects with the AT. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"We had a beautiful stay at this Marshall VA property. The location is private in a forested area. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities -pool, hot tub and fire pit. The home itself was beautiful and well-kept. Communication from the owners was very responsive and helpful. "

"I am from the area and i never knew this beautiful gem was there in castleton. The house was very clean, beds and bedding were very comfortable. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Connie was very communicative and friendly."

"Our family of 6 stayed in the house for 3 nights. Check-in was easy and the highlight of the house is the deck and the views you get from the inside (kitchen/dining area/living room). Everything that we needed was there. The deck was great for views, as well as seeing lots of birds (hummingbird, hawks, and many others) while drink a coffee or a beer. After hiking many days in the Nat Park, we highly recommend the Apple House (a couple miles away) and the Shenandoah River State Park. The beds...

"We rented the Pond Cabin since my son had two golf tournaments in the area for the weekend. This place was great. Very spacious and the pond was the big point of interest! We fished daily! The massage chair was also a hit! "
