"The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast."

"The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. "

"It’s a very beautiful and historical hotel close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Our room was great with plenty of space and an extra sitting area. Kitchen and bar are open to midnight with great food. I highly recommend. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls.
Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."

"Had to get a room due to power outage where we live and eta for next day. With the temps and unable to cook at home and charge our phones the availability to get a room was great. A bit pricey for one night. Quite nosey but that’s to be expected. Our room was clean but you can tell things that were unused like the makeup wipes weren’t replaced and had a stain on the packaging. The front desk did there job. If I needed to stay here again for an emergency I’d stay again. "
